The Brazilian Swimming Federation (known natively as the CBDA) have announced their final 18-swimmer roster, with events, for the 2012 London Olympics.

This roster is largely the same as the one announced emerging the Maria Lenk Trophy, with two significant differences. The first is the addition of Glauber Silva as a second entry in the 100 fly. He was the only swimmer to emerge from Brazil's last-chance meet in Rio with a new Olympic spot, thanks to his 52.24 there.

The other is the confirmation of Auburn-trained Marcelo Chierighini to the 400 free relay; he will be the only relay-only swimmer on the Brazilian team. That says that the same 400 free relay will swim both prelims and finals, with a quartet of Cesar Cielo, Bruno Fratus, Chierighini, and Nicolas Oliveira.
