German news giant Der Spiegel recently contacted Sander E. Smørdal of simma.nu/no, long-time friend and training partner of Alexander Dale Oen, requesting an interview in Bergen. Problem only that Sander left for the Faroe Islands the Monday following Alex's burial Friday, to train Jón Bjarnason's squad in Vági until mid June, while Jón is on altitude camp with Pál Joensen and the Danish Olympic team in the U.S. Well, then Der Spiegel comes here, world media yet again setting it scopes on these minute islands, albeit coincidentally.
Der Spiegel vil kome til Suduroy på Færøyene for å intervjue meg ifbm @alexdaleoen. Det kallar eg dedikasjon til saken! #FAR12![]()
