Mid-Penn Girls Soccer: Cumberland Valley earns third straight Mid-Penn title with victory over Lower Dauphin

Cumberland Valley survived a disastrous fall, but recovered to edge Lower Dauphin, 3-2, to win the Mid-Penn title for the third consecutive year at the Northside Pitch Saturday night.
